Security is monitored around the clock by on-site personnel with electronically controlled after-hours access for the convenience of building clients and guests. Maintenance personnel are dispatched within minutes of request.

Jennifer brings 17 years of commercial real estate experience to her role as General Manager of 100 North Tampa. She has achieved her RPA® from BOMI International, ACoM® from the Institute of Real Estate Management, and LEED Green Associate credential from the U.S. Green Building Council. Jennifer is a licensed real estate sales associate in the State of Florida. Jennifer is originally from Michigan and holds a bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University. In her spare time Jennifer enjoys traveling with her husband and three children.

Paul is originally from the Northeast but grew up on the beaches of Pinellas County. Paul moved to Tallahassee to attend Florida State University where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Real Estate. Over the last 10 years, Paul has managed over $250M in assets and generated over $20M in lease revenue. Paul views his current position as his dream job and looks forward to a long career of delivering exceptional value for his clients at Cushman & Wakefield. Paul holds an active Florida Real Estate Sales License & earned his CPM certificate in 2020.

Jennifer joins 100 North Tampa from another Cushman & Wakefield account in New York City, where she was born and raised. She is a seasoned real estate professional with over 10 years of experience in the property management industry in both commercial and residential sectors. You can contact her with

Katrina serves as the liaison between tenants and the property management team, offering various services such as conference center reservations, fitness center access, notary services, and ticket sales. She is dedicated to fostering a welcoming environment and works to keep everyone informed of building happenings. She considers it a privilege to work with the tenants of the building and looks forward to helping each of you.

Meet Seymour, a dedicated professional with a passion for both family and industry advancement. Seymour's journey began in 2014 at Tampa City Center, where he started as a Maintenance Helper. Fueled by a thirst for knowledge and growth, Seymour immersed himself in education, mentorship, and hands-on experience. His commitment and leadership skills didn't go unnoticed, leading to his promotion to Chief Engineer in 2020. Seymour's dedication extends beyond his immediate responsibilities; he's been an active member of the Engineering Committee for BOMA for over a decade, where he shares his expertise through hosting multiple trainings each year. In 2024, Seymour reached another milestone as he was promoted to Sr. Chief Engineer, now supporting 100 N Tampa. His vision extends beyond his immediate duties; he aims to inspire others in the industry to reach their full potential and contribute to a more sustainable future. When he's not shaping the landscape of Tampa's real estate, Seymour enjoys quality time with his boy/girl twin 8-year-olds, engaging in fishing, board games, and other outdoor activities as a family.

Our Tenant Manual should answer most questions that you may have about 100 North Tampa’s amenities and services, safety and security regulations and operating procedures. We have provided you with contact names, phone numbers for building personnel, as well as information concerning emergency situations, including community emergency service organizations and phone numbers.
