Security is monitored around the clock by on-site personnel with electronically controlled after-hours access for the convenience of building clients and guests.  Maintenance personnel are dispatched within minutes of request.

100 North Tampa is LEED Gold Certified; has Energy Star certifications; is a BOMA 360 Performance Designee; is WiredScore Platinum certified; and is a multiple-year award winner as BOMA Building of the Year.

​Jennifer brings 19 years of commercial real estate experience to her role as General Manager of 100 North Tampa. She has achieved her RPA® from BOMI International, ACoM® from the Institute of Real Estate Management, and LEED Green Associate credential from the U.S. Green Building Council. Jennifer is a licensed real estate sales associate in the State of Florida. Jennifer is originally from Michigan and holds a bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University. In her spare time Jennifer enjoys traveling with her husband and three children.

​Paul is originally from the Northeast but grew up on the beaches of Pinellas County. Paul moved to Tallahassee to attend Florida State University where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Real Estate. Over the last 10 years, Paul has managed over $250M in assets and generated over $20M in lease revenue. Paul views his current position as his dream job and looks forward to a long career of delivering exceptional value for his clients at Cushman & Wakefield. Paul holds an active Florida Real Estate Sales License & earned his CPM certificate in 2020.

Ashley  is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in office management, customer service, and operational efficiency.  Ashley’s career spans roles at Bay Food Brokerage and Walt Disney, highlighting her expertise in executive support, client relationship management, and delivering exceptional service.  Beyond her professional work, Ashley is passionate about community engagement and personal development. She has contributed as a volunteer for the Girl Scouts and as an instructor for the Red Cross. Currently, she is advancing her education, pursuing a bachelor's degree in business management.

She is dedicated to fostering a welcoming environment and works to keep everyone informed of building happenings. She considers it a privilege to work with the tenants of the building and looks forward to helping each of you.

Seymour is a dedicated professional with a passion for both family and industry advancement. Seymour's journey began in 2014 at Tampa City Center, where he immersed himself in education, mentorship, and hands-on experience. His leadership, knowledge, and commitment have guided him to his current position as Senior Chief Engineer. Seymour's dedication extends beyond his immediate responsibilities; he's been an active member of the BOMA Engineering Committee for over a decade, where he shares his expertise through multiple trainings each year. When he's not shaping the landscape of Tampa's real estate, Seymour enjoys quality time with his boy/girl twin 8-year-olds, engaging in fishing, board games, and other outdoor activities as a family.
