Concierge Services

Katrina Balentyne is 100 North Tampa’s full time Experience Manager. Located in the lobby, you’ll see the concierge desk near the Ashley Street side of the lobby. Available Monday through Friday, between 8:00am and 5:00pm, your concierge is here to assist with a variety of functions.

Your concierge is your link to the many amenities found here at 100 North Tampa. She can assist with conference center reservations, auto detail services, and dry cleaning services. Notary services are available by appointment. Should you need help with reservations, catering, or even parking assistance she has numerous options for you.

Your concierge is your ticket source. Along with selling a variety of HART bus passes, your concierge also sells AMC movie tickets. These tickets can be purchased individually or in blocks, which make these a convenient gift for friends, family, co-workers, and employees.

Additionally, tenants are eligible to purchase tickets to local attractions such as Busch Gardens, The Florida Aquarium, and Lowry Park Zoo, as well as national attractions like Disney World and Universal Studios through ticketsatwork.com. Stop by the concierge desk to obtain the required company code to receive access to the discounted prices.

Your concierge can also provide you with exclusive ticket access to see the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the Tampa Bay Lightning, and the Tampa Bay Rays.
