Calvin Buikema
Senior Property Manager 813 221 7194 calvin.buikema@cushwake.com “Cal” Buikema is responsible for all building management activities at 100 North Tampa. He has worked in managing and leasing commercial real estate for over 30 years and is an accomplished asset/portfolio/ property manager. He graduated with a Master’s degree in Psychology from Central Michigan University and worked for the Dade County Public School System before obtaining his Florida Real Estate License and transitioning to Property Management.

Paul moved to Tallahassee to attend Florida State University where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Real Estate.Over the last 10 years, Paul has managed over $250M in assets and generated over $20M in lease revenue. Paul views his current position as his dream job and looks forward to a long career of delivering exceptional value for his clients at Cushman & Wakefield. Paul holds and active Florida Real Estate Sales License & earned his CPM certificate in 2020.

He is a dedicated facilities maintenance professional offering over 35 years of solid experience with a major corporation and three property management companies. Certified in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration from Associated Technical Institute, Paul also holds an EPA Universal Certificate. He possesses a broad base of technical, mechanical and managerial skills, with expertise in commercial air conditioning, electrical, critical systems and equipment maintenance.
